Not pictured is the upstairs lending library. Nie Huaisang has spent his time collecting books from a variety of people, both native and foreign. The subject matter ranges from informational to erotic fiction of any flavor. Customers are welcome to borrow but no more than two items at a time and are expected to be returned within a week's time. Exchanges will be made on a case by case basis and donations are always welcome. 

In regards to the tea house aspect: Beverages offered are a rotating variety of teas dependent what is a available and customers are encouraged to make requests. Wine and other light spirits are also available as are snacks and small meals that would be customary for a mid-day refreshment.
